“My ambition when I grew up is I want to be a most popular chef in this world” I answer my teacher question when she ask, what I want to do for 15years from now, because she know that I’m very lazy boy in the class. A few second after I answer that question quarter of class laugh at me” hahaha, face like violent but want to be some one like girl” I heard some sound like that come from girl mouth.
“Hm, ok now you all laugh at me, but we just wait and see” I said in my heart after feeling very angry with my class. ‘Kringgg,’ a bell ring meant that time for I go to my heaven which is my house, the best place because needless communicate with my classmate like Awin the girl always tease me about a ‘housewife’.
I think a few days after that incident I thought they was forgotten but I mistake, after 2 week they all still talking about a chef, and still tease me especially Awin. It make me so angry but I want to prove to they all that my ambition is a very good job, like a most popular chef in Malaysia(maybe world)Chef Wan, which is my mentor.
“I heard that you want to become most popular chef? He,he,he ..” Lina said to me when we on the way going to library, “U also laugh at me? I think you’re my best friend? Fine! I very angry with my best friend Lina after recognized she along 8years know each other, but today she hurt my feeling, after hear what Lina was talking about.
“Relax my friend, I not laugh, but just a smile, he he, see this.. .”while she give me a letter like a advertisement, my eye not stop reading a word in that advertisement ; ‘A big tournament cooking, to find a great cooker, come to join us, big prize waiting for participant.’ Wow I’m so surprising, sound good “so what you waiting for, go to participate.” Lina give support to me.
“Ehm ok, but here they conditions must be in partner, so what can I do?” I’m confuse a second.” Don’t worry, I can.” Lina say’s.” “Really?” I ask to make a conformation. “Yeah, because we are friend, the authentic friend must help each other right?”. “I’m very proud because have a friend like you.” “So, the tournament is next month we have another week to training and make some new recipe. In library I try to search all about cookery and analysis to create a new recipe.
Second come to minute, minute come to hours, hours come to days, and days come to week, suddenly a tournament begin. Lina and I very nervous but in that day we come very early either a participant and to make a good reputation. “Ok, the ingredient of this special secret recipe is 250g of rice, 50g of chilly,…..” Lina say’s to audients and I try to make a preparation.
“Attention to all participate, the time left 2minute”the judge give an announcement, but Lina and I have a final touch to make the recipe more quality then others, but approximately 500 participants still making their recipe.
“Ok and the first prize to win this tournament and qualify to next international tournament, fall to team no007, please come and take you prize”. Say’s the judge, “Hadi we are the winner” Lina say to me. “Alhamdulilah, we win,so I can become to a better chef thank you my friend” and now I want all my classmate to no who I am.
